Market Intelligence Delivery

Delivering intelligence might be accomplished via intelligence tools, portals, document management systems, Intranets, any other media such as CD-ROM’s, DVD’s, memory chips, data feeds, podcasts, RSS or even verbally in presentations and discussions.

When setting up an intelligence delivery strategy several considerations need to be addressed:

Access rights, access levels, confidentiality, legality, connectivity, frequency, feedback loops, update cycles, systems service level agreements, upgrading, interfacing to name a few.

Organizationally it is advisable to involve line management in the delivery matrix design process as management can help you to fine-tune the user base and they certainly need to know how and where intelligence is spread. Also management should know how and by whom within the organization they want and need to be supported and advised with business intelligence concerns and topics.
